Every sheet of dough, every cut and fold happens in our kitchen each morning. We change what we make with the seasons and what moves us at the market.
Pizza from the wood oven
A brick oven fires at temperature, and the dough rises slow. The result is a crust that's charred at the edge, soft inside — the way it should be.
Natural wines, thoughtfully chosen
We don't carry a wine list, we carry a conversation. Every bottle here pairs with the food and reflects what we believe wine should taste like.
Dinner and weekend brunch
Tuesday through Sunday for dinner. Saturday and Sunday mornings for brunch. We close Mondays to rest, regroup, and plan what's next. This rhythm makes us a fixture — the place you come back to, week after week.

A seat at Rosso and Vine is a seat among friends. We take reservations for regular dinners and make room for walk-ins when we can.
Private events
The whole room is yours for birthdays, anniversaries, and gatherings up to thirty. We build the menu with you.
